And just a quick side note, all of these do have spice in them! ![]() Neon Gods and The Hades Trials helped me get back into reading so Hades and Persephone will have a special place in my heart. They featured strong female leads and very broody, protective men. The books that really stood out to me the most were A Kingdom of Stars and Shadows, A Kingdom of Blood and Betrayal and The Serpent and the Wings of Night. It says a lot when such an old book can entertain teens.
